Background Information
DunaPart aims at presenting outstanding representatives of the independent Hungarian performing arts scene, in order to facilitate networking and help them become part of the international performing arts community.
Theatre and dance performances receive equal emphasis and are presented with English surtitles. Besides creators and companies like Compagnie Pal Frenak, Béla Pintér and Company or Kornél Mundruczó, who have already received international recognition, the platform introduces several significant creative artists of the Hungarian fringe. The official programme will be accompanied by Off events, meetings for performing arts professionals and informal talks.
