"In Surface" is a performance project about the cleaning: the stage action is thought for a circumscribed place: the idea turns around the space into a little bit particular bath. We work with some scenographical elements like: a bidet, a rag, an electric broom, a baton to wash to earth, a radio. On the stylistic plan it's a phisical job, a choreographic score of gestures and daily actions: the starting points come from the expressionism of the theater-dance, to the suggestions of the traditional theater of Bali, to the moving of the japanese handwriting art (Shodò). The work seeks the tragicomical dimension of the daily gesture, aiming its attention on the poetical references of the basic movement and on the use of the space as place of preparation to the rite.
Similarly, the sonorous-musical partiture performed in live works on the contrast "dirty-clean" of sounds, music and noises creating a surreal dimension of domestic life.

Ricerca artistica e contaminazione tra i generi, con una predilezione particolare per il lavoro sul corpo e sulla presenza, nell’idea di un teatro concepito come atto totale. Il suo studio si colloca su una linea di confine tra teatro e danza, con la figura del danzatore-attore, non solo interprete, ma anche “autore” del suo lavoro.
Una comunità teatrale di artisti a struttura orizzontale, non verticistica, né gerarchica in cui non è prevista la figura tradizionale del direttore artistico. Le linee guida sono definite e orientate grazie a un continuo confronto dinamico all’interno del gruppo, mentre le responsabilità artistiche dei lavori sono stabilite a progetto, sulla base delle urgenze portate dai singoli.
Technology Philosophy
Artistic research and contamination between the genders, with a special fondness for the work on body and presence, in the idea of a theater designed as a total act. His studio is located on a boundary line between theater and dance, with the figure of the dancer-actor, not just an interpreter, but also "author" of his work.
A community theater artists to horizontal structure, not top down or hierarchical are not designed for the traditional figure of the artistic director. The guidelines are defined and driven through a constant dialogue within the group dynamic, and artistic responsibilities of work are established at the project, on the basis of urgency brought by individuals.
