Danceworks in Partnership with The University of Sheffield Student's Union and Sheffield Theatres present
Janusz Orlik's Live on Stage
The Foundry, The University of Sheffield Student's Union
December 2009
Janusz Orlik is best known to Danceworks audiences as one of Vincent Dance Theatre's most talented and much admired dancers.
This autumn Janusz will not only perform with VDT at the Crucible but also present the UK premiere of his new solo show Live on Stage.
Live on Stage is about an artist's choices; what he creates, how he performs and how he sells himself.
Live on Stage is about lacking ideas or having too many. About doing too little and creating too much. About audience expectations.
Live on Stage is about a song, a dance, a joke. About performance - Seriously, Live, On Stage.
Part of the DW Autumn 09, tickets will go on sale in Autumn 2009 and will be available from Sheffield Theatres' Box Office and University of Sheffield Student's Union.
