CFB 451 / Louves

Louves, the starting point of our new creation The Ogress and her dog, deals with the feminine figures of tales and stories we all know, but also with modern ones, thus giving a glimpse to figures of our contemporary world, with a distant and humoristic glance. Playing with metamorphosis and contrast, the characters are incarnated mostly by male dancers, but also circus performers and live musicians.

After performances at the Théâtre National de Chaillot and at The TAP – Scène nationale de Poitiers, Louves is also presented on October 1st , at Les Plateaux de la Biennale du Val de Marne, at la MAC de Creteil, thus giving the company new possibilities to build partnerships in France and abroad.

The piece Louves gave us the opportunity to build important partnerships for The Ogress and her dog, such as the CCN de Roubaix and Atelier de Paris-Carolyn Carlson, CCN de Biarritz-Thierry Malandain, and also Scènes Conventionnées of Troyes and Bezons. Moreover, we look forward to develop new international contacts.
