is a project born in 2009 by a reflection on the form of the solo, inspired by the text "Desolation Angels" by J. Kerouac representative of the cultural movement of the American Beat Generation (years 50/60). Kerouac is the author who manages to best embody the values of a generation, yet the current centrality of themes, universal themes that concern the human being as an individual who lives in a certain existential condition looking for possible relations with the world, with things, with his own reflections and questions, in constant tension between the sense of emptiness, desolation and fullness of life.

Background Information
C.ia Danza Flux is a contemporary research dance company founded in Naples in 2006 by Fabrizio Varriale and Chiara Alborino performers and choreographers of Naples. The company participates in the national festivals dedicated to contemporary dance and research dance. Winner of Anticorpi XL, Vetrina Giovane Danza d’Autore, Ravenna, Festival Ammutinamenti in 2008 and 2010. In 2009 the company was invited in to the Festival eXpLo - Tracce di Giovane Danza d'Autore - by Anticorpi XL and Punta Corsara project - Auditorium Scampia Naples. In 2009 it takes part in the Festival Insoliti - movimenti d'innovazione della nuova danza internazionale d'autore VII Edizione (Torino), Spazi per la Danza Contemporanea inter-Regional project coordinated by ETI Ente Teatrale Italiano. C.ia Danza Flux in August 2010 was invited to participate in the international project of artistic residence “Movement T”, Brest, France.
