NNChalance / Se nn ricordo male (If I remember correctly)

Se nn ricordo male is a monologue recited by two voices. Dancing the traces that memories leave in the body, it is an expansion in movement of the instant when memories begin. NNChalance was established in 2007 by Eleonora Gennari and Valeria Fiorini, with the intent of researching a personal choreographic language. Se nn ricordo male won a prize at the Giovane Danza D’Autore Emilia Romagna competition.
Background Information
NNChalance was born in Riccione (Italy) in 2007 with the intent to research a personal choreographic language and it was founded by Eleonora Gennari and Valeria Fiorini, both dancers who have matured experience in contemporary dance and theatre.
In 2008 they knew the choreographer and dancer Barbara Martinini, graduated at the Folkwang Hochschule (Essen), who is the trainer of the group.
The project “Se nn ricordo male” (“If I remember correctly”) won the second prize at the Gd’A, a competition for young contemporary dancers/choreographers, and took part to Festival Ammutinamenti (Ravenna, Italy –09) that promotes young companies around Italy.
